We offer boarding for Cats and Small Animals at the CatVilla Cattery in Waikanae. Your Pet can relax here during your holiday or business trip. It will become their “home away from home”.
Pet Holiday
Only going away for the weekend? No problem, we got your pet covered. We can accommodate both short and long term stays. See details on our List of Services.
Pet Sabbatical
Going on a long holiday, overseas for business or will be away from home for a while? Let your pet have a good time and receive a discount for long-term stays.
Special Services
Does your cat have medical needs or is on a special diet? Or perhaps you want to keep in touch from your Smartphone or Tablet, then consider the option for a Petzi Treat Cam. No need to worry, we are happy to take care of those.
Pet Shuttle
We offer pick-up & Drop-off services in Kapiti, Wellingtion airport & CBD and Shado-Lans Quarantine Station. Read more about this in our service & pricelist. Of Course, you can bring your cat to us- We are close to SH1

Boarding For Cats &
Small Animals
We are in a peaceful setting of Tasman views in Peka Peka, A quiet and lovely setting will await your pet during their stay with us. With Spacious condos, your pet will feel less stressed than with your ordinary cages.
For cats, We have a wonderful, temperature-controlled, semi-community play area inside and a Safe enclosed area outside where your cats can enjoy the sunlight and birdlife. Have a look at our Photo Gallery or the Reviews from our Clients and learn more.

Mary’s Catvilla
My Name is Mary and I’m the owner of CatVilla. Being an animal lover and having pets of my own, I know just how important it is to leave your fur-Babies with someone who truly cares. Most of all I am a very responsible & caring person and will treat your pets as if they were my own. As well I am trained in Pet First Aid and CPR by the PET First Aid & Training (NZ) Ltd and the Cattery is approved by the AsureQuality Pet Boarding Programme.
Before moving to New Zealand, I lived in California and worked as Cattery Tech at a vet clinic before starting my own pet care company, I volunteered with a local cat rescue. I also have experience with special need pets and administering medication (pills, liquid, ointment, and Shots). My fiancé and I, have owned cats for many years and small animals too (Rats, Hamsters, and Rabbits). In 2016 we opened our Cattery on the Kapiti Coast.
